1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HighKernel's cloud infrastructure, APIs, SaaS platforms, or microservices (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Use of Services
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use HighKernel infrastructure to:
- Host or distribute malicious software, malware, or illegal content.
- Launch unauthorized network attacks (e.g., DDoS).
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of your instances and account.
3. Uptime & SLA
We engineer our systems for raw performance and high availability. HighKernel offers a 99.99% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all enterprise deployments. In the rare event of downtime exceeding this limit, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
4. Intellectual Property
HighKernel retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, source code, APIs, and brand assets. The content you deploy on our infrastructure remains completely yours. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". HighKernel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our infrastructure.
